By creating an account, accessing, or using Ideametry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Ideametry provides AI-assisted startup idea validation, including competitor discovery, trend indicators, market analysis signals, and related recommendations. Outputs are informational and are not legal, financial, or investment advice.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt operations, reverse engineer protected systems, bypass limits, submit unlawful content, or violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features are billed as described at checkout and renew automatically unless canceled. Prices, plans, and limits may change with notice. You authorize billing through our payment processor for applicable charges, taxes, and fees.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation applies to future billing cycles. Refunds are provided only where required by law or as explicitly stated by Ideametry in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

The Ideametry product, software, branding, and content are owned by Ideametry or its licensors. You retain ownership of your submitted idea text, and grant Ideametry the limited rights needed to operate and improve the service.

8. AI and Data Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You must independently verify critical information before making product, legal, financial, hiring, or investment decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideametry is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or business interruption resulting from use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create legal/security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
